Refund Policy

At SoundSpot, we strive to provide the best music distribution service possible. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing the use of our service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service cancellation within 14 days of initial subscription (for new users only)
  • Failure to deliver promised services due to technical limitations on our end

Please note that refunds are generally not available for services that have been successfully delivered, including music distribution to streaming platforms.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Music that has been successfully distributed to streaming platforms
  • Completed promotional campaigns
  • Services used for more than 30 days
  • Subscription fees for months where the service was actively used
  • Third-party fees (such as streaming platform fees) that have already been processed

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for our team to review your request

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances and our terms of service.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the extent of service usage or the nature of the issue. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis during the refund review process.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard
  • Contacting our support team at soundspot.team@gmail.com
  • Through Paddle.com (our payment processor)

Cancelling your subscription will prevent future charges but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of previous payments.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and services until the matter is resolved.
